I had possibly the best stay in September at Villa La Mirabella. the units are neat and offer a particularly nice view over the garden. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the bed was big and comfortable. Plus, it's conveniently located near a ferry port.

Review of Villa La Mirabella in Cadenabbia
Our stay at Villa La Mirabella was simply delightful. the bedroom was both neat and elegant, providing a lovely retreat. the views of the mountains and the charming town of Bellagio were superb, and we truly enjoyed the scenery. the staff were exceptionally friendly and provided assistance whenever needed. the hotel is perfectly located next to Lake Como, close to Bellagio and surrounded by tiered gardens. it was a perfect stay!

A beautiful old building restored to a high standard with air conditioning and double glazing. In a great location, overlooking the lake with easy free parking and a swimming pool. Added to this it was run by a delightful family who made us very welcome and were full of helpful information about Lake Como. A short walk took us to the ferries and Villa Carlotta so no worries about taking the car.
Only downside was a noisy wedding down the road one night and the road could be quite noisy too but once we closed the windows and let the air conditioning do its work the noise wasn't a problem.

While the hotel staff was marvelous and the room impeccably clean.
The fact that it is right on the busiest road in all of Como left us frazzled and sleep deprived. I did not see this fact mentioned anywhere on your site. Most of the reviews mentioned such things as quiet and romantic. It was anything but that for us. The owners are wonderfully professional, but the location on the busy road was too much for us, so we left, unfortunately.

I would definitely book this hotel again because the staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed the spacious, sunlit room with a balcony—I could have stayed there all day!

Beautiful and relaxing small hotel in a great location. It is a family owned and run hotel in a restored villa overlooking Lake Como and just a few steps from the water taxi and ferry ramps. Paulo was an incredible host and went out of his way to make our stay special. We hope to come back often to this wonderful small hotel.
Villa La Mirabella is a 10 out of 10.

This is a wonderful hotel with great staff, location, and ambiance. We have traveled extensively in Italy and this hotel is one of the best we have found. It is a great value for the money and its location is superb. An easy walk to the Lake Como Ferry that provides easy access to Bellagio and Varenna and an easy walk to Tremezzo, This hotel rates a "10" in every category.

Awesome. This hotel was well situated and just accross from Bellagio. The hotel is newly renovated and a pleasure to stay in. The only regret is that it wasn't warm enough to enjoy the pool.

The location of this lovely little villa was spectacular, overlooking Lake Como and a just short walk from the ferry dock to Bellagio and the area's largest state-owned villa: Villa Carlotta. The owners of the hotel were very accomodating and helped us enjoy our stay, we'd definitely return! Dean Koepp
